Eric & Andrea Hartmann moved to Guatemala with their 5 children in March of 2024. God has called them to Guatemala to set up an international homebase to help train the nations to go to the nations!
Edvin and Helen Benavente are pastors of Bethel Casa de Dios with two locations: Melchor, Guatemala & San Benito, Guatemala. They have been faithfully pastoring for over 20 years. They have 4 sons: David, Jonathan, Rodrigo and Kenny. They have a heart to see the Church of Guatemala rise up and take the Gospel to the nations!
Ron and Lisa Stewart met at Christ for the Nations Institute in 1984 and married in June 1985. Ron will be helping to serve on our Board of Directors. Ron & Lisa lived in Bolivia, South America, from 1987 to 1990 and ministered there in local churches and to the Deaf. Since being in the States, they have served in a variety of settings including starting home groups and ministering in churches, serving at IHOP-KC, and serving as caregivers. Ron recently began to teach a group of evangelists in Asia via Zoom.
When in Bolivia in 2016 and 2018, Ron and Lisa made a promise to their Deaf friends that they would learn their language better and teach them more about their relationship with God. It is a promise they intend to keep. Having been encouraged by another WIM missionary to be part of a missions agency, the Stewarts joined WIM in 2021. They returned to Bolivia in October 2022.
